Is there merit to flagging/closing older, answered questions? For instance, this question was on-topic back when it was posted and received several answers, at least one which addressed the original asker's question to their satisfaction. But due to changes in policy, it would now be considered off-topic - so it should still be flagged as such, correct?
close vote, don't flag. excessive flagging is annoying when low-value
@Rarst totally makes sense. So I will hold off on contributing to the moderation of such items until I hit the 3k rep mark
