@هه Only the land animals. For the other two types, the Torah uses the word sheketz, not tamei. And indeed the animals that convey tum'ah are all land animals (aside from the special case of ingesting a non-kosher bird, discussed in parshas Emor).
Actually, I take my second sentence partially back. In our parshah that's true, but in Re'eh (Deut. 14:1ff) it does describe the unkosher sea- and air-animals as tamei.
Actually, that should be "ingesting a kosher bird that was not properly slaughtered."
