One minute... get ready...
Welcome everyone to Everything Nintendo! Today is the first day where we are going to talk about the upcoming Nintendo console, known only by it's codename "Nintendo NX". In a previous announcement, I revealed that I was going to show a picture of what the controller (or possibly the entire console, itself!) looked like. Just give me a minute, and I'll post the picture and the link to where I got it.
@KevinvanderVelden That's actually very surprsing, compared to the current WiiU, it's easy to see that the same form gets improved on (controller wise)
@KevinvanderVelden For the console base, yes, those tend to be PCs with a mockup of the hardware - I've ment the controller is closer to what the end product will be
According to a rumor that is all over the web, the unit will be a handheld/console combination - meaning a hybrid. If those sketches are actual Nintendo sketches, they seem to confirm that rumor.
Check this out! TechRadar has an article about the upcoming Mario game. Mario and the worlds he resides in will be rendered in Unreal 4, and the game will be released on the NX. Take a look at the article here! - techradar.com/us/news/gaming/…
At least, that's what I gather. None of this has been conclusive, but it's an idea that could be worked on.
> This is what the next Super Mario should look like on Nintendo NX
> But what if the development team behind Gears of War took a shot at recreating Mushroom Kingdom's veteran good guy for the big N's next system, the Nintendo NX? What if it got a facelift using one of the most dynamic design tools available to developers? And, stay with me here, what if it was set in some of the creepiest pre-defined environments to ever grace video games?
Did you even read it? This is not an article about "the upcoming Mario game"
@Sterno Oh, welcome! You're in a chat about Nintendo's upcoming console, codenamed "NX".
So far, I've produced two articles that doesn't show what the NX looks like. One was entirely fake, and the other was about a Super Mario 64 clone developed by Epic Games on the Unreal 4 engine.
Got any evidence? We're here for a peek at the NX. If you think you might have a picture, post it here, and we'll talk about it!
To anyone, in general.
BorWal has left the building, and the talk is still going! I'm gonna take a break, but this chat is not over yet! Continue to talk about the NX - I'll be back soon to see what you posted!
