The authors are about to publish their book from Springer. I think it's their right to take down the free version which was available back then (and probably the publisher wanted them to do that).
I am not sure to which extent it is likely that somebody will stumble upon this room. (Well, I guess it is linked in some posts on meta and on main so it is possible.)
