First, from any SE page, click here to get to your profile:

(I.e., at the top of the page where it shows your avatar, rep, and badge summary)
Then click "Edit Profile & Settings":

Then make the changes you want just for that site, and at the very bottom this is what I see:

BTW, I'm running Chrome on Windows 7.
