@jrh There are three kinds of blogs: (1) the official Stack Overflow blog maintained by employees. (2) The blogoverflow things, which were moderator-gated (I think?) but intended to be open to everyone. But it's effectively dead (last post in '13), and will probably be axed soon by our SO overlords. The domain name wasn't even updated from Programmers to Software Engineering!
