Hi there, I am searching something kind of obscure, it seems like a scraper page has the information but it's a mess; I'm guessing it's a question that got deleted; I tried using SEDE but I couldn't find anything; could a high rep user search for this and let me know if they see anything?
the blogsplot.com page seems to be rather malicious, tons of popups and strange things going on, I do not recommend visiting it
It would appear that this page existed in March of 2019
It should contain UTS_RELEASE in the body, but even select Body from Posts where Body like '%UTS_RELEASE%' doesn't work in SEDE... weird
Seems to have been in the [mpi] tag, if that helps narrow it down, may be enough to just search for blcr in mpi, there's only one result as of now

I'm starting to get the feeling blcr (and by extension, MPICH) is dead and I shouldn't be trying to get it working on Ubuntu 18.04; seems like that's the "real answer"; it seems like it's tightly linked to the kernel and has some assembly language in it which wouldn't be portable to what I'd eventually be running on anyway.
