I tried to flag question that needs moving. But I could only flag it to be moved to meta.worldbuilding, which wasn't right place for it either. What does the selection of possible move destinations depend on?

A: What is migration and how does it work?

Kyle CroninWhat is migration? Migration allows an off-topic question to be gracefully moved to another site in the Stack Exchange network. It preserves the current revision of the question, all its answers, any comments on any post, as well as most of the votes. Side effects of migration Down votes are ...

In theory there should be a set of migration paths when you load the close dialogue but only meta seems to be showing up.
@Miech there's a default set. Anywhere else, you need to use a custom flag
Might want to poke a (local) mod or meta this
@Mithrandir24601: That's just the point I'm trying to make. 'simultaneous' is just an illusion caused by how fast you're moving. If you try to introduce an actual FTL event (where simultaneous actually means that) then you can get different effects depending on how fast you're moving, which is a paradox, can cause paradoxes, and depending on how you formulate the problem can directly lead to time travel.
(I might be a bit sketchy on jumping into/out of chat, so @ me when you respond or i might never see it! :D)

@JourneymanGeek What do you mean by "or meta this"
@JoeBloggs Simultaneity is NOT an illusion. Illusion is something that appears to be but doesn't exist. Simultaneity exists. Velocity of reference frame defines what is simultaneous and what is not.
Ask on meta what your migration options are
@JourneymanGeek What is that intended to accomplish?
Check if others have different options?
Or enquire if that's really all the options
@Miech For the record, I am getting this same issue here and on scifi.se. I'm trying to sort it out and if I succeed I'll tell you.
@Bellerophon Is it possible that it would be related to karma on different stacks? On other stacks I have pretty much 100 because I joined to ask something, but while writing the question I figured out answer on my own.

pretty sure its not rep related
I don't know what's the usual close vote options here are
@Miech Possibly but I believe flagging is not rep related and Voting to Migrate only requires the same as a normal close vote, 3000 on the site you're voting from.
yup
might be a bug
but I don't know if its normal behaviour or not
@Miech We don't have any custom migration paths. Flagging is the best option.
