@user1803551 On Android.SE there's an educational on Meta: Where to ask for app recommendations? This might be something you could use for orientation. I use this link in my "canned responses" there.
And I agree with @Seth here: if you'd put SR on the regular migration list, we'd get flooded by stuff which either doesn't belong here at all or is so low-q we have to kill it straight away. We already had this with several migrations from SO, and people complained about "garbage bin feeling". So no, please don't.

@Izzy Oh, i didn't recommend to put it in the migration list by any means. My observation was that we just close (and usually eventually delete) ALL rec. questions, and I was thinking that maybe some of them could have been edited to fit the migration contract. Since the SE network requires that a question be fit for a target site prior to migration, the users in the original site must know how to make the question as such. Thing is, we don't. This is why I'm suggesting education.

@user1803551 the order sounds good: 1) close the post, leave a note with a hint 2) user edits the post according to the "education" and flags it for a mod, 3) mod decides if it looks sufficient to be migrated. Sure it cannot be expected from the mod to check for dupes on the target site, but that could be part of the user's task (roughly at least, no perfection expected ;)
