I'm again sorry for my rants yesterday.
@TZHX Probably half of the mods in the site's history were not really Bridge-frequents.
Every one of them had shown up on the Bridge at various occasions, but only a few of them were really high frequency on visits.
My motive to become a mod is none (other than helping the community). I have no (monetary) gain out of it. Arguably, not having any motives is good, because when you have no motives, you have no reason to stop (compared to that motive going and you leaving the position). I spent my last few months here, and I'm starting to understand how everyone thinks. I believe that I can show everyone that I'm worthy by the election time.
I agree that I'm not in my best days to be a mod (last days of school, the most important exams are in last few days, barely getting any sleep. Plus I've did stuff that'd show that I'm not worthy to be a mod in the past, regaining trust would be way easier with time), an election in about 6 months would be way better for me.
@GraceNote Do you know if a former non-protem mod has stepped down then run for mod a second time before?
@fredley Well I know a former pro-tem-and-then-elect has stepped down but then ran for moderator later.
However, I believe that I can change your minds in the upcoming days and therefore won't withdraw. In fact, I might even do a stylish script to remove that button.
