@JonEricson I've tried posting alternative answers on several questions, where appropriate. On the two examples above, it's not appropriate. As you've already mentioned here, Arminianism is not the point of the question. The answerers simply took the opportunity to bash another point of view in the middle of their answers.
@JonEricson In this case, the appropriate place to provide an alternative is in the comments, and just hope that the answerer will fix the problem.
