@JourneymanGeek Guess who's back before the 7 day suspension ended... the guy you wrongfully suspended. Please don't lie on my handle name and make inaccurate accusations on me or others in the future. You could have actually just helped me out and provided feedback and allowed me to take appropriate action and learned from there.

@TroubleMakerChatBroom Hi Mr.Broom! I'm not sure what happened there, but in such cases, if you think there was a mistake, you can contact the StackExchange team directly. No need to go on a 1v1 skirmish.

@JackJohansson Thanks, I already did that and the Team decided and such and thus then I sent that messge days earlier than per the wrongful suspension. I'm not making this a 1v1 thing just noting it in the chat room for mods to see the decision was made.
@JackJohansson If anything my profile being labeled as suspended for plagiarism when that was not true made it a personal thing but I'm over it now that others confirmed that that was the case and a mod lied on me and smeared my handle name profile labeling me someone that plagiarizes.
I'm over it now but this is a classic example to show "mods" don't just always have the final say and they can be wrong at times even when putting down punishments for accounts and such.
You are clearly not over it.
Hence the reason you are purposefully came into the room, "said guess who got unbanned", like @JourneymanGeek is a dog that went potty in the house and you were rubbing their nose it in their mistake
It's disrespectful

@TroubleMakerChatBroom, I went to bat for you because your answer didn't seem to meet the definition of plagiarism. You did properly attribute the quote. However, there's a gray area regarding fair use. Using a lengthy article in its entirety verbatim is arguable as to whether that's fair use. There was also the conflated question of answer quality when an answer is simply complete regurgitation from another source.
You took appropriate action to have the suspension reviewed if you disagreed with it. But the issue has a degree of legitimate difference of opinion, it wasn't a case of black and white right vs. wrong. Mods have to make judgment calls, and do so with good intentions. In the end, the system worked. Your comment above really isn't appropriate.
