think about it like this:
Suppose we have to choose 3 items out of 5, in how many ways can we do that?
$^5C_3$ i.e:
in Explorers of the Deep, 13 hours ago, by Hrishabh Nayal
1,2,3
1,2,4
1,2,5
2,3,4
2,3,5
3,4,5
1,3,4
1,3,5
1,4,5
2,4,5

and for choosing 2 out of 5(i.e $^5C_2$):

if you want to look a bit more orderly :
1,2
1,3
1,4
1,5
2,3
2,4
2,5
3,4
3,5
4,5

I wrote them in that order in the first one to show you that list 2 is just complementary of list 1. (You need to think about this a little hard for you to understand it)

@RajdeepSindhu You need to really observe how those two lists are just the same thing i.e if you choose any 3 unique objects you have rejected 2 unique objects automatically in that process
