Welcome to Project Update Thursday

I did my kitchen sink work that I talked about a while ago. Removed the broken instant hot water heater, replaced the broken disposal and installed my new kitchen faucet.
Also changed out the valves on the supply lines for quarter-turn ball valves.

Just the faucet and disposal. And the supply line valves, which are now quarter turn.

I replaced my valves too, such an easy project, and quarter turn valves are so much better IMO

Only one unexpected trip to Lowe's to replace the dishwasher supply hose. I pulled the dishwasher out to unplug the hot water heater, but didn't look at it then. Come to put everything back together, I see that it had been severely crunched at some point in the past.
I'm lucky it hadn't burst

No, braided metal sheathed hose, but the sheath was broken through in a couple of spots with sharp pointy bits everywhere

Built a jig to space the boards. Went quite quickly.

And Lowe's dropped the price of my faucet by ~ $30 for Black Friday. grumble

Found a guy that would put the posts in for $25 bucks each, $250 minimum. Had 8 posts up in an hour.
I was quite impressed.
1 guy on drill, 1 on post, 1 on concrete and one on grabbing things the other guys need.

Nice, I may need to pull a few of my fence posts and either reseat them or replace them. But I only have two posts to do, and some concrete work that I may want to do first. (Fence near my front stoop)
@NiallC. That's when you buy a second faucet on black friday, and then walk right back in to return your purchase with the old receipt.

You can ask them if they'll price match retroactively, but buy and return is a lot easier.
