So instead of making a flag that autogenerates explanations, I figured I'd make a website for creating templates
it closes the issue + provides a language agnostic tool for the code golf community
it's in the organisation because it's going to have direct vyxal tooling integration obviously
for example, a button on the PA site that opens Luminespire with the program and flags in the permalink
(basically, "import program and flags from vyxal.pa link")
Basically, select a line, add/remove characters from it, write a comment for the line, and it automatically does spacing
It even allows for characters to be reused and to be non-sequential
I plan for it to allow for easy character addition/removal to the program in the program box without impacting the explanation groups
also, obviously it'll be styled nicely and everything

@lyxal I also plan for like click-and-drag selection of characters to place on lines and a few other quality of life things I can't remember right now
