It has 4 close votes, and I suspect that it is closer to being off-topic than on-topic, but I don't want to cast the 5th close vote without talking about it first.
In the Workplace SE Chat room, some of the community mentioned that the question would be an okay fit, but they're concerned about some of the answers fitting their site's back it up rule.
If we're going to migrate the question, we should give people here time to look over their answers first in case they want to tailor the post to that site.
If we decide to migrate it, that's fine, but I don't want anyone to get too much of a shock. :)

The other option, as Mark Wallace mentions, is that we could edit the question to fit our topic, but I'm not sure that's what the asker is wanting to do.
