@slhck @Seth Both edits were too minor, IMHO. The first one fixed capitalisation in the title, but not in the body of the question; it also removed the signature, but not the closing (the "Thanks" part).
Also, the change from British to American spelling ("behaviour" -> "behavior") was invalid - you should respect whatever spelling the OP chooses to use. See meta.stackoverflow.com/a/23872
The second edit also left the closing and a capitalisation error in the title, and incorrectly applied backticks. So what I did was basically shorthand for rejecting as "too minor" and then editing the post myself, and I felt confident enough that another editor would have agreed with me on the second edit, just like Gareth did on the first.
Unfortunately, the review tools don't provide a way to leave a comment when rejecting an edit this way (editing it further and then marking the suggestion as "not helpful").
