Can someone help me understand why these edits were rejected?
JourneymanGeek suggested I bring this up.

@Seth They were both "overridden" by Indrek, and either he didn't see your pending edit, or he marked it as "suggested edit was not helpful".
The fact that Gareth rejected the first one doesn't matter in this case, although I'd say these edits should not have been rejected.
@indrek Any reason for rejecting these? ---^^

@slhck @Seth Both edits were too minor, IMHO. The first one fixed capitalisation in the title, but not in the body of the question; it also removed the signature, but not the closing (the "Thanks" part).
Also, the change from British to American spelling ("behaviour" -> "behavior") was invalid - you should respect whatever spelling the OP chooses to use. See meta.stackoverflow.com/a/23872
The second edit also left the closing and a capitalisation error in the title, and incorrectly applied backticks. So what I did was basically shorthand for rejecting as "too minor" and then editing the post myself, and I felt confident enough that another editor would have agreed with me on the second edit, just like Gareth did on the first.
Unfortunately, the review tools don't provide a way to leave a comment when rejecting an edit this way (editing it further and then marking the suggestion as "not helpful").

well, I don't want to argue, but when you think it's "too minor" and then edit most of my edit in on your own, you kind of contradict yourself.
I didn't relize that "behaviour" was British spelling. I'll watch out for that.

*realize

Erg sorry.
