@elyusubov Read the Redesigned Tags Page blog post please, it describes what tag wikis are and what information they should have and stop copy pasting stuff from reference sites (I've rejected most of your edits).
For the record I did exactly the same when I was a newer user, the documentation on tag wikis is notoriously fragmented, and lots of bad edits get accepted, furthering the confusion on what should and shouldn't go in a tag wiki.
Short version: A tag wiki should help and guide people on how to ask questions on that particular topic, and not so much define the topic itself.

@Morons I've approved a few myself, don't worry much about it. We probably need to organize a tag wiki cleanup / rewrite at some point, our tag wikis are a mess.
@Adil You'll probably have better luck spotting Linux kernel programmes on Unix & Linux Stack Exchange's main chat room.

Q: Questions that are constructive but still tend to attract debate

PhilAccording to the FAQ, non-constructive questions are those that "will likely solicit debate, arguments, polling, or extended discussion." What happens when a good question is asked which is useful to others, can be answered based on "facts, references, or specific expertise," but still has lots o...

It seems that there's a lot of interest in re-opening the question in question. Right now the whole thread is a mess and it needs some community moderation love to bring it up to shape before re-opening it.
There was already a good edit, that might have invalidated some of the answers. Check them out, and if you feel they can be updated to match the current question, comment and ask the answerers to update them. If not, and you can vote to delete, please do. If you can't vote to delete, you could flag for moderation attention, but you'll have to very clearly explain to us why the answer should be deleted.
The question is a typical not constructive one. Can we actually turn it into a constructive one? I honestly don't know but I hope so. Use the tools at your disposal, downvote incorrect answers, flag obsolete / not constructive comments, etc.
I won't reverse a community closure, but this could be a very good exercise in salvaging not constructive questions.
Lastly, please don't blindly vote to re-open, thinking you are somehow being nice, that's harmful to the site and quite disrespectful to the people that actually doing some effort to make the question worthy of their re-open vote.
