@nortonn If you are suspended, stop posting. If your question has been asked but closed, edit it if you think it should be reopened and raise the issue on meta if necessary. Stop using those symbols, and stop playing with us. This is the last time I will say it.
@NortonnS These are the rules of the site and rules may be broken if they are unreasonable. In this case I think they are reasonable. If you want to use the site familiarize yourself with how it works first.

@NortonnS This is not about free expression dude. This is a site with a specific purpose. Rules are there to keep the site to its purpose, not for you to use as a vandalism board by using those symbols.
This site has rules, can you accept that? You break them, you get punished. It's simple. Really, really simple. Someone who "works for the government" should understand what rules are.
@NortonnS: protection of free speech is for governments, not for websites. If you get banned from a website, and you keep bypassing the bans, at minimum you're infringing on their right of expression. Besides, closing and downvoting questions are freedom of expression too.

@nortonn I want you to know that we are not evil or authoritarian. We just have certain simple guidelines here for the smooth functioning of the site. So please try to accommodate us. And also I pray that you will be able to overcome your personal problems and feel whole again some day.
