This edit is not correct; the 7% crit chance comes from the 2 item set bonus, not from a specific piece of armor.

And it's specifically done to minimize wasted time hunting down quest drops.

Essentially, there's a hidden stacking bonus to 'find quest item' that increases every time the item doesn't drop for some quests.

It's something they introduced in Wrath.

A bounty can only be removed by moderator intervention. Generally in cases where there was an abuse or illicit rep-transfer of some sort going on.

Even deleting an answer doesn't remove the bounty. Bounties capture a specific moment in time: once you got it, it's yours unless an act of god/SE occurs
