@Zsolt - No worries. I'll change it up a bit and schedule one on the other end of the spectrum.

Q: How does "kanban" for project management relate to kanban in manufacturing?

mattdmI recently learned about kanban here and followed some of the links and read some of the recommended sites and PDFs. It looks interesting, but one thing keeps confusing me. In its original sense, the kanban method is about signaling production needs as part of a complex manufacturing process, w...

I liked this question. "Can you explain X to me" can be good questions, if there's plenty of background and the answer isn't something we can quickly find on Google.
I didn't edit it, nor did anyone else. I don't think it needs any editing, but I thought it was a good example of a question that isn't necessarily about a specific problem, but that involved expanding one's understanding of how kanban can be used for both projects where there is a tangible product or a project that involves "tasks".

Q: Kanban for multiple projects

Sean Clark HessWe've been using http://acunote.com to manage our work queue. It's great for the planning phase, because you can nest stories. This makes it easy to outline an MVP within a given sprint. Given that we are a startup, we frequently have to juggle multiple projects back and forth within a given tim...

So, I've picked questions asked by people that haven't visited us in awhile.
I don't intend to single anyone out.
I'm on the fence in regards to this question. I tried editing it, but it still comes off like a shopping question, which is unfortunate because I think the problem is legit.
The question itself has attracted quite a bit of spam, unfortunately.
It's tough to tell what's good and what isn't because of the short answers suggesting a product.
I've considered "protecting" the question, which would require that visitors to the site have earned at least 10 reputation before being able to post on it. Since we aren't that busy, I figure we can just watch the pm.stackexchange.com/review review queue and keep an eye on it.

Q: How to use Kanban with small tasks?

Alexander VanwynsbergheI recently introduced Kanban in our software development team, but I'm struggling with some things. The main problem I have is how to handle 'small tasks'? Let me explain some background: We develop some products which are used by several clients. Some clients use our generic product, and some ...

This question had a broken image. I just edited it to take the image from the op's link and uploaded it. The visual aid does add to the question.
"Don't make me leave the site or visit another resource just to understand your question" is something I've heard other SE folks say, so if we can get people to add visuals like this I think it really helps.
Great answers too! They're detailed, and they're either backed up with a reference link, or the poster mentions having experience with this.

Q: Kanban and feature size

swedstarWe are currently using SCRUM within our organisation but are considering moving to kanban (or scrumban). As part of our SCRUM process we normally take into consideration size and complexity of features by assigning appropriate story points. I've briefly spoken to a few people doing kanban and t...

This question has plenty of background. It's a great lead-up, but the op never pulled the trigger. There is no question here. The op made one of the forbidden statements: "I'm keen to hear from other people how they handle similar scenarios."
Ok, after rereading the question and answers a few times, I made an [edit]!
The answers were great, so I changed the "What advice can you give" to something more specific that matches the answers.
Some of the "not constructive" questions can be salvaged with some patience :)

Q: ProjectFork is not user-friendly, is there a friendlier system that we can host ourselves?

Girish DusaneWe use ProjectFork right now and it seems to be working fine, but we need something that's: more user friendly we host ourselves Our standard requirements for functionality are: Trouble Tickets / Support Project Planning Task Planning Discussion / Forums Wiki Time Tracking We would like f...

I used the wrong close reason for this!!!
It should have been "Not a Real Question" not "Not Constructive". I think the main differences are that Not constructive questions are like discussion questions. With some editing, they can become great questions.
But this question is just missing a lot of detail about the problem.... Editing CAN fix these questions too, but those edits must come from the op. We can't know what the person is really experiencing, only they do...
So...
Not constructive : Community edits can fix the questions.
Not a Real Question : Quick, immediate comments asking for clarification can fix the question, but the op needs to be the one to provide the info.
**I'm going to stop here. I'll schedule another chat and vary up the times. Next one will probably cover the same material here:

Q: When Would be a Good Time To Get Together In PMSE Chat To Discuss the Site?

jmort253Is there is a time that would work for a get-together in the PMSE chat room to discuss the site and bounce around ideas? What time(s) would work best to discuss the site? Could this be a regular thing that we do? Could multiple times work so we get everyone involved? UPDATE: Our first PMSE Comm...
