Questions that ask "where do I start" are typically too broad and are not a good fit for this site. People have their own method for approaching the problem and because of this there cannot be a correct answer. Give a good read over Where to Start, then address your post. — kayess 10 secs ago

John, that's because fiverr is a website where you pay people to do things for you. If you paid me to take your code and fix it, I would do. StackOverflow is a community where programmers help each other. All of the problems you presented were caused by the same thing: trying to assign/pass types to variables/methods that don't expect that data type, as I tried to explain as clearly as I was able. — john 8 secs ago

@FedericoGentile - because SO is not a free coding service. We're here to help fellow programmers with their issues (and by extension help others who might be watching) - not to perform free labor. — zwer 37 secs ago

Repeatedly adding bounties to this question is not going to get Apple programmers off their duff. You can use the OleView.exe sdk utility (File > View Typelib) to see what you can expect. But you won't find anything related to "movement" or "work" back in version 12.6, other than the Grouping property. File a bug report and you might get somewhere. — Hans Passant 12 secs ago

One thing to note - asymptotic notations such as O(n) are part of mathematics and used to describe/classify/characterise functions. IIRC it was Knuth that first encouraged their use to describe the time and space complexity of algorithms. "Upper bound" and "lower bound" always make sense, but when describing general functions (not for algorithms) there's no general rule for what's best or worst. I once asked a relevant (not duplicate) question hereSteve314 19 secs ago

@tmello01 I can't answer it now that it's closed. The reason given for closing is preposterous IMO; the desired behavior and the code required to replicate are unmistakably clear from "If i were to try randomFunction.Item1, it returns an error". New programmers certainly shouldn't have their work done for them, but you obviously did try something, and ran up against the limits of your understanding. When asked to provide more detail, you did so promptly and sufficiently. Well, whether folks like it or not, you learned what you needed to about programming. — Ed Plunkett 58 secs ago

They are just wrappers for two unmanaged graphics libraries. Image wraps GDI+, a library that dates from ~1999. WriteableBitmap wraps WIC, the successor of GDI+. WIC has better error reporting and can tackle much bigger bitmaps. Using it correctly is however a lot harder, it does not have a Dispose() method. Realistically you need a WPF app to avoid memory usage problems, albeit that even then programmers struggle with that problem. — Hans Passant 13 secs ago

Assume that there is a way, try something, and if you get stuck ask about that. Please see: Why is "Is it possible to..." a poorly worded question? as well as Why is “Can someone help me?” not an actual question?EJoshuaS 58 secs ago

@WhiteHotLoveTiger, thanks, I didn't know about that site. How can I migrate my question there? It seems that close → offtopic → this question belongs to another SE site" gives me some sites but not *softwareengineering as possible migration targets. — Ilya V. Schurov 34 secs ago

Granted, this website is bad at following its own rules. But either way, you're misunderstanding my argument. I'm not saying that this is unworthy to be discussed, I'm saying that Stack Overflow isn't meant to handle these kinds of questions. I can say pretty confidently that the Software Engineering exchange site would probably be way more appropriate for a question like this. — Xirema just now

The examples you're citing aren't really the same thing, anyways: they're providing objective answers to specific questions. Unless this question gets a response from one of the specific committee members who worked on that change, you're only going to get speculation and subjective responses. On softwareengineering.stackexchange.com, that's 100% fine. Not so much here. — Xirema 56 secs ago

@AdrianMcCarthy "a specific programming problem, or a software algorithm, or software tools commonly used by programmers; and is a practical, answerable problem that is unique to software development". Ostensibly, the OP's question falls under the third category, but because it tends towards attracting subjective, opinionated answers, it belongs on a site like SoftwareEngineering, not StackOverflow. — Xirema 38 secs ago

I understand your frustration and you know your system and what you have tried. We don't know your expertise or system. You are asking the community for help, and we are ready to help. Some of us are nerdy, obsessed programmers who will go a long way to help... but only if you show that you try our suggestions and inform us of the results. You insist on one thing, but you need to show us that you are ruling out other common possibilities. I am ready to explain further my reasoning, but it's a give and take process. — C Perkins just now
