@Riker I think the user was acting in good faith. They've made an honest post on Pets.se and they were using the settings from that link in SU. I suggested- edited the post and asked them to post the details from the link

@ArtOfCode About changing the debug messages: debug already changes the message format significantly, so I don’t see a reason not to change the messages to simplify them too.
@Ferrybig You didn’t actually ever use the debug logger, so I removed it. If you ever need it, you can just add debug.debug = createDebug('spamtracker:debug'); to the debug setup.
@Cerbrus It allows easy customization of which messages are logged, and it’s been tested and used by lots of people, so it’s not going to break easily.
The advantage of this system is that every userscript gets the same enable command for debug messages, so we don't spill any time when we want to debug a userscript we are not familiar with
