If you don't flood the chat with JEE I have no problem

Define "flood"
I expect JEE related messages from my end to be less than 250 words per day.
You can suggest a word limit if you wish.
The number of words that constitute JEE related problems per day is far far lower than the number of words that constitutes other topics. I don't consider that flooding according to my standards.
Someone should check out the statistics. If it were something like >50 percent of the whole chat per day, the it could be called "flooding". Otherwise not. Period.
And if I am not wrong, I've never crossed 250 words in a particular day. @0celo7

@0celo7 Since you have refused to suggest a word limit I take it to be 250 words by default.

@everyone Are you okay with the 250 words limit?

@2017 I don't think that proposing a numerical limit is going to solve the problem that you're trying to solve. Human interactions are more context-sensitive than that.
Sometimes the chat is relatively busy, and adding an additional low-level discussion makes ongoing conversations harder to follow. In that case I think it'd be appropriate to make a JEE room, mention to folks in hbar that the JEE room exists, and have your discussions there.
Other times, hbar isn't very busy, and you might be able to talk about JEE stuff without becoming confusing.
But you have to use your head to see which is which. This is why we have human beings for moderators instead of robots that count words.
