@AndreyShabalin Really a smart way. I would try this first. I think probably this is the fastest way with respect to software computing, but I think there should be better way with respect to algebra. — Bs He just now

Second code snippet is absolutely horrible. As a software developer, you are expected to be able to simplify logic. Otherwise, better to find another job... maybe a physical one. — Phil1970 26 secs ago

Please do not cross-post: softwareengineering.stackexchange.com/q/343380, especially when a question is blatantly off-topic on both sites. — Snowman 47 secs ago

There is no algorithm in this question. Your question might be better suited for Programmers anyway. — BartoszKP 16 secs ago

You need to put a little more effort into your question. We have no idea what your problem is. Also, software does not simply "stop working". — f1sh 5 secs ago

@SimonForsberg Any chance you can add DevOps to Duga?
As in notify somewhere when someone is suggesting Software Engineering on DevOps? It's in private beta and I've already stumbled across people wrongly suggesting SE.

This is a bit too broad for StackOverflow, since it's a little too broad. However, it would be a good fit for softwareengineering.stackexchange.com which is for more general questions like this one. — Brian MacKay 56 secs ago
@BrianMacKay This question is not suitable for Software Engineering. We have very similar rules to questions being too broad as Stack Overflow. If this question were to be cross posted, it would be down voted, closed, and likely deleted very quickly and that is a poor user experience. — Thomas Owens 37 secs ago

Hey small opinion based question: Should you mark "static" all functions that you intend to not expose (C)

2:43 PM
@nathdwek Some of the answers in this question address the reasons to consider static for functions in C.

@ThomasOwens Private beta? Nope. Don't have access to private betas.
Get back to me when/if it's in public beta

@SimonForsberg Will do.

... but SO has a policy against "recommend or find a book, tool, software library, tutorial or other off-site resource". Perhaps you can give openxlsx and readxl a try, post some code, and ask with more specific details. — r2evans 45 secs ago
