or even between language varieties - googling differences in gender between Quebecois and mainland French now (une sandwich pro un sandwich but with loan words it's rather unremarkable that this would happen)
with the all/TP/FP/NAA tabs the feedback field isn't strictly necessary, you can see the TP results in the TP tab and get a feel for the overall FP performance as a side effect

@JanDvorak the ones I looked at were often "page not found" but a Wordpress site with many various pharma reviews, typically alleging that a competitor was unhealthy (or something like that, I might not grasp the context fully)
