Q: Mods have diamonds, why?

We all know that moderators can be recognized anywhere (except chat) by their diamond (♦︎︎︎) symbol by their screen name. What was the design choice behind using the diamond, as opposed to something else, like the FontAwesome shield, like in Discourse? Or [M] like Reddit? Or a differently-color...

As I have gained access to mod tools recently, a random thought came to my mind about symbol beside mod's name. I was just curious.

I don't know what Jeff atwood and Joel spolsky thought but this is what came to my mind. "Diamonds were the strongest material known to man(forget about graphene coz it's thin). Diamond symbollizes that the mods are the strongest users in the site. Also they get the moderation if they have contributed greatly and added value to the site. So does a diamond which goes under many processes to become more stronger and brighter. It adds beauty & value to the person wearing it. So a diamond.

Others jewels don't have a symbol and diamond symbol is easily recognized by many people. That is also a reason.

Q: What are the rules to be followed while answering two similar questions?

I am bit confused about marking questions as duplicate and selecting two similar questions to answer. There are two questions about Tirupati Laddu Prasadam. Question 1 and question 2. Of these questions, I answered question 1 because that was asked earlier. The second question also asks similar...

Q: Why didn't Lord Krishna in His time just tell everyone that He's God so everyone could everyone could see God?

As we know, Lord Krishna had shown his viswa rupa (universal form) to Arjuna. So why couldn't Lord Krishna tell everyone that He's God or show his viswa rupa (universal form) to everyone so everyone could get to see God and attain His blessings? Thank you.
