On few days, we cross 2.5k flags per day. It's a lot of flags.

before I was a mod, I would answer almost every day. Now (when not during the WB) I have gone a month answerless.

Best guess? "Improve and Edit" 3 times, "Reject and Edit" twice.

I can't count how many times I did just approve, don't think I skipped or rejected once in the WB period

(reject was going to be my next test but it popped up before)

The clue was 5, only 2 matter, so my guess is you have to have 5 from "Reject and Edit" or "Improve and Edit" (possibly including one of each type).

I don't even see that button, maybe I'm looking at the wrong review queue

I am working on a 10 inch laptop and it is not showing the skip option, will try again when I have the bigger computer handy.

it can't be as simple as "improve 5 suggested edits"

In my case I got the hat after two of each improve/reject-and-edit in a row.
