Yes and no.

We do things slightly differently on the board.

Because it is outside of the site, I have made most actions require at least 2 people or one mod to agree.

mods are people too...

I didn't know you could do that. Cool.

Only two people are working on the board. So two lists each for them to add cards that they reviewed. It will then be reviewed by me or the other person. Once the action is approved, we archive the card.

@Zanna yes! so many people seem to forget that :(

The current Reviewed list is gonna be phased out.

So, if you do the right thing, you can directly archive the card. Makes the board lighter.

I think @Zanna knows how to explain the entire setup better than me.

about the Reviewed list... what if some other people casually come along and do a little work? They could use Reviewed rather than a new list being made for them?

oh yes. Yes, that is good idea.

I also put things from Anwar's list in Reviewed if I was in a little doubt, but not so much doubt that I wanted to send them to land of doubt (Pending&Unsure&Deferred)

but perhaps that was a bad idea...

I was thinking it could be dupe since answer worked, even though Q seems different (today a Q I answered got duped to a Q that seems quite different, just because the answer worked even though it was "this command worked but I have no idea what happened")

I can't establish how the questions are duplicates. So, I left it.
