internal: both work

router firewall's allowing port 80 incoming

But it just times out

WHY DOESNT IT WORK

the ISP shouldn't be blocking 80

DSL works fine; cable doesn't. No-IP must have been switching over to DSL when port 80 was working

I use [simplescreenrecorder](http://www.maartenbaert.be/simplescreenrecorder/) to record a video of a small portion & use ffmpeg to convert it to GIF image . `ffmpeg -i video.mp4 -pix_fmt rgb24 out.gif`

Hey, I want to sign the Ubuntu CoC and created a GPG key using Seahorse, uploaded it to the Ubuntu key server and imported it to Launchpad.

But now I want to do gpg --clearsign coc.txt but it does not know of any key.
