Q: Best tag suggestion for Fantastic World of DC Collins

Andrew MartinThere's a question on the main site here, asking "Are the movies 'The Fantastic World of D.C. Collins' and 'Cloak and Dagger' connected somehow?" I created cloak-and-dagger for the latter film, which is fine. The former film is too long for a tag. I've created fan-world-dc-collins which is extr...

Q: Dogs vs Wolves in animation

user3200This is an animated film where dogs apparantly attack wolves. Could be a series. Graphic stuff. Anyone know what this colourful stuff could be?

Sloppy superbowl. Too many penalties. My poor boyfriend :'(
@NapoleonWilson Yeah, but once you become a parent, you should be held to a different set of standards. I doubt anything will come of this other than a hookup. Whatever. They're consenting adults :)

@steelerfan Granted. Maybe it's just my lack experience with issues like that that makes me a bit naive to the consequences possibly resulting therefrom. But as you said, they should know and I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Anyway, have a fun post-Superbowl party still. ;-)

@NapoleonWilson No big deal. I'm over it :)
No post superbowl party. I have to be at work at 7am :(

shervin thomasThe movie in which a plane crash at first and the people who escapes includes 5 or 6 kids who later grows up to be warriors.

So which movie trailers shown during the Super Bowl is everyone excited for? I'm stoked for just about everything shown save for maybe the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

@MattD We just got home from watching The Big Short... so... none?

@Catija Ugh, I still want to see that.

As far as I'm concerned, the TMNT reboot is dead to me and doesn't exist.

Alex S I vaguely remember it having rave reviews & being talked about in press / TV / online media sometime in last 5-10 years. Q: Why are two Jungle book movies being made consecutively?

AnkitEverybody perhaps knows of Jon Favreau's movie The Jungle Book which is going to be released in 2016. But quite recently I learned (and to my utter surprise) that another Jungle book movie is coming in 2017 and it's called Jungle Book: Origins. Now, this movie has big names too with Christian B...

Ohhh....fuck deadppol is rated UA in India

@AnkitSharma What does that mean?

11:46 AM
Just watching the tumbleweed drift by today...

12:12 PM
@DrRDizzle A- adult(18+), U- for all. UA is mid-between state
I hate fox more now.
WTH they wanted UA rating, they should have applied for A. Even Indian A is <<<<R of US
Conclusion- I am not watching it in theater.

@AnkitSharma I still have no idea what that means. Does that mean it will be highly censored?

@NapoleonWilson Yes heavily. UA rating sometimes even cut intense kiss scenes too.

Oh my.

Equivalent of PG-13
Petition for A rating have too low support. Even nobody give dam to petition.

I don't understand why they would request a more lenient rating in India compared to the R, 18 etc rating they have been happy with in the rest of the world.

12:36 PM
I still don't know if it will be FSK-16 or FSK-18 here.

Q: Comment Deletion guidelines?

cdeWhat at the guidelines and/or time table for comment deletion? I feel some comment threads get pruned way too early compared to deletions on other stacks. While comments are not meant to stay forever, on here they disappear too soon. Maybe overzealous comment deletion.

@NapoleonWilson Check on online booking website of your country
@DrRDizzle Because fox is dumb and money whores
For UA rating , even the James bond got so many cuts.

Q: What does "Ex Machina" mean?

eYeThe name of the British sci-fi movie "Ex Machina", what exactly does it mean? Is there any relationship to the famous game series "Deus Ex Machina"?

@AnkitSharma If that was true, they'd have been pushing for a PG-13-esque rating everywhere.

@DrRDizzle Indian market is not so strong for A rating. And superhero film are still more associated with kids. So making in A means money loss

@AnkitSharma An adult rating harming box office is true everywhere though.
Deadpool will have made more money if it'd been rated a 15 or a 12A, purely because more people will be able to go see it. That is true all over the world.
I imagine that the decision to aim for a lower rating in India will have been something specifically to do with the Indian rating system, although obviously I have no idea what that could be.

PastaI don't get it, why would she do that? she used the kettle to burn her arm, what does this have to do with lie detector test?

@NapoleonWilson Is it good?

@AnkitSharma I don't know, I haven't seen it yet.

@DrRDizzle As told already, In India finding 18+ superhero film fans are not so common yet.
@NapoleonWilson I mean on censorship level

@AnkitSharma I doubt it will be censored at all, otherwise they could just have made it FSK-18 anyway.

hmmm

2:36 PM
They don't really censor stuff here in order to broaden the audience, they assess what they get and give the appropriate rating. They only censor stuff they deem entirely unfitting, but that happens rarely on a film that still is a mainstream Hollywood film without totally disturbing stuff.
I can't imagine the violence being that more disturbing than The Hateful 8 actually, which was FSK-16, too.

@NapoleonWilson i can't say anything about it either, not checked the film.
@NapoleonWilson How to get citizenship of Germany? I want to live there now :D

2:50 PM
@AnkitSharma It's quite easy, I guess. But you might have to make a roundtrip over Syria. ;-) (And you will likely have to watch those films in German.)

@NapoleonWilson Do you think that's a fair equivalent to America's R rating, or might it mean some content has been cut or toned down for release in Germany?

@MattD As said, I doubt they'd cut it down, as they could as well have made it FSK-18 in that case. If they cut it down, then only if it's downright unbearable for 18+ers, too. Or for totally weird reasons not just related to too much gore/nudity.
I'd wager the majority of R-rated stuff ends up as FSK-16, especially if they're mainstream Hollywood stuff.

@NapoleonWilson Yeah, I saw that when I scrolled back down, but I was too lazy to delete my comment.
That sounds pretty straightforward. The R-rating here has theaters admitting anyone over 17 without question, but anyone younger has to have an adult with them or they have to sign them in and the kid gets some kind of stamp to show they're allowed in there.
That's how the theater I worked for handled things anyway.

Which doesn't mean they wouldn't cut totally innocuous parts of absolutely fine action films for entirely incomprehensible reasons.
But seeing dicks and exploding heads doesn't tend to be much of a problem, and I can't imagine Deadpool to go much further than that.

3:06 PM
@NapoleonWilson Seeing dicks is likely less an issue there than it would be here in the US.
More and more people complain that Super Bowl commercials and the half-time shows are boring and uninspired, and I just think back to 2004's show and how pissed off a lot of people seemed to get over it, and I think, "This is why you can't have fun thing, because you let nipples offend you."

3:39 PM
I think dick are not allowed even in A rating here.

Q: Why do TV series now-days have to have some homosexuality in it?

PastaAlmost every new TV series I watched recently had to show a man kissing a man or a woman kissing a woman, even if it adds nothing to the plot, is there a specific reason for that?

Haha! I love the topics I walk into sometimes ;)

@steelerfan Hi

3:54 PM
@AnkitSharma HEY!!!

Whats going on

Nothing much. I am getting my house back. My guests are leaving! Hooray!

Ohhhh, nice

Woot! Peace and quiet again!! :)

Hehehehhehee....

4:06 PM
This is why I am never having children. My house was in complete chaos. Now, it's nice and quiet. See, the children get to LEAVE!! ;)

I can understand

@steelerfan I'm certain that you could "train" your kids better;)

I don't mind kids.
But my own someday, can't entertain annoying kids of others.

@Catija HA! Yeah, I am sure that I could. They were really good kids, it's just a lot with a 2 year old and two 4 year olds.
I can't stand spoiled kids. I can handle well behaved kids. My Godson was very well behaved and very polite. He would get up early and I was the only one awake. He would knock on my bedroom door and ask if he could please come in and watch tv. I mean, how cute is that?

@steelerfan Dream come true kid

4:17 PM
Yes, he is the best child ever! His dad is pretty strict with him on manners and such. My dad was the same way. My sister and I would get smacked on the back of the head if we didn't offer our seats to an adult or say please or thank you.

So it would seem the general consencus on Deadpool with the first slate of reviews is that it's fun, turns the superhero genre on its ear ala Guardians of the Galaxy, plays it a bit too safe with the story, but is overall very enjoyable and deserving of being seen.

My mom is strict, Dad hardly interfered.

@MattD I'm excited regardless... and I hope we can get the uncut version when it comes out.

But i was most obedient among my siblings.

@AnkitSharma Haha! Me too. I would see all of the stuff my sister would get in trouble for and not do it ;)

4:25 PM
@MattD Are you teasing me. :/

@NapoleonWilson Did you watch the superbowl MVP's come out right before the game started? Did you see Brady get booed? Uhm, that was frigging awesome!! Ahhh....it's the little things in life that makes it worth living ;)

@steelerfan I did not. But I can imagine how pleasing that was to you. ;-)

@NapoleonWilson I was so excited!! I actually stood up and started cheering and clapping!! That was the highlight of the game!!!

4:48 PM
Grrrr...
Wow too many trailer out

@Catija Are they doing a theatrical for the uncut version, or is that just going to be when it's available on home video?
@steelerfan I laughed when they cut to a shot of Manning in the locker room drinking Gatorade.

@MattD I'm guessing home video...

@MattD Hahaha! I know, right? That whole thing was awesome!!
Also, I am not a Lady Gaga fan, but she ROCKED the national anthem!!! Holy cow!! She did AWESOME!!

@steelerfan Yeah, she knocked it out of the park. I don't care for most of her mainstream work, but she's incredibly talented. I believe she's one of a very select group of people to be accepted to Juliard on both a vocal and instrumental scholarship.
This was the commercial that made me laugh the most, and as far as I care was the best of the night.

@MattD Yeah, I thought that was the best. I don't really watch the commercials, but out of the ones that I saw, this one was the best!
@MattD I mean, noone can top Whitney Houston, but I thought she did great!

5:04 PM
@steelerfan My wife and I went to my parents' house to watch it because we hadn't seen them since Christmas, and they have a new 55" 4K television (also free dinner). I laughed so hard when that commercial was running.
@steelerfan Right, I'm not saying she did it the best, but I can imagine a lot of people groaned when they heard her name after, "And now to sing our national anthem...."
I know my dad did.

@MattD Yeah, I have to admit that I groaned when I heard that she was singing it. I had to eat my words. I was blown away. It's nice when people prove me wrong! I was pleasantly surprised :)

Then we got an incredibly bland half-time show.

I didn't even watch it. The game and the half-time show sucked. I wanted the Panthers to win, just because I am loyal and I have been hoping for them all season, but it was nice to see Cam Newton get knocked down a few pegs. He needed a reality check.

There's a lot of chatter about how the whole thing was basically a means of pushing LGBT and Black Lives Matter stuff. I can't say I don't think that was the intent.

5:28 PM
What? Are you talking about the half-time show?

Yes.

I don't understand why anyone would think that? Wasn't it Beyonce and Coldplay? I don't understand what that has to do with LGBT stuff......

Q: Explanation on Hannibal Lector's character

GuruGulabKhatriI had watched The Silence of Lambs long time back and today I watched Hannibal (2001) & Red Dragon. I haven't watched the series or read any novel and Hannibal Rising. I want to understand how Hannibal Lecter turned to Cannibalism. Also, what kind of cannibal he is. For example, cannibals from...

@steelerfan Have you seen her performance at the Oscars last year?

5:46 PM
@NapoleonWilson I don't think so, at least, I don't remember it.

@NapoleonWilson I honestly don't care for her songs, because I feel that she doesn't necessarily sing. Her voice is hidden by so many effects. Which, after hearing how great her voice is, I don't understand why.

@steelerfan That's exactly why you should watch the above YouTube video.

@NapoleonWilson Meh. No Julie Andrews...

@steelerfan Watch the half-time show and you'd get why. Lots of rainbow colors for Coldplay's stuff, and Beyonce's costume was militaristic, and evidently the song itself dealt with the BLM movement.
I don't care one way or the other, but I love how people get riled up over this crap.

5:50 PM
@NapoleonWilson Wow. I mean, what the hell? She really needs to utilize her voice more.
@MattD Oh, brother. I really don't get people. Do people honestly have that much time on their hands to look for this stuff? Good Lord!

I didn't even watch the half-time show. I just switched over to catch the ending of Non-Stop instead.

@steelerfan Little known fact: Lady Gaga was once human. And lately, it seems she misses it.

I didn't watch it either, I just heard how much it sucked from everyone else!
@Walt Haha! I have to say, I was impressed with her at the Golden globes and now the superbowl and now seeing her at the Oscars last year......I dare say that if she released music that actually showcased her voice, I would be interested in it.

@steelerfan Eh, what's a voice when you have a dress you could grill?!

@NapoleonWilson Honestly, if I didn't have people over, I would have switched the entire game on half-time. Really bad superbowl!

5:58 PM
@steelerfan I actually watched some of the first half!
The Panthers were really lackluster

@steelerfan Aww, c'mon, it was an interesting defense game, no?

@Walt Yeah, I know! I think she has found love. She credits a lot to her boyfriend/fiance.

And the quarterbacks kept getting... sacked, is it? Just throw the damn thing.

@NapoleonWilson Yeah, but it was just a sloppy game. Waaaaay too many penalties!

Also finally watched A Most Violent Year and was quite impressed.

6:02 PM
The Panthers were not prepared. Cam Newton was not used to getting that kind of pressure. He needed to get knocked down a few pegs, he was getting really arrogant. He was acting like Brady at the end of the game. Ugh.

@steelerfan ...Yeah! Er, my thoughts exactly! :S
Was it Manning's last game?

@Walt I have been wanting to see that! I think it's coming on HBO.

@Walt Sometimes they can't just throw the ball. Simply throwing it willy nilly can land them with other penalties, or risk the ball being intercepted, which is even worse.

@MattD Take away the penalties and timeouts and it's a 3 minute game

@Walt Yeah, pretty sure it was. He was too busy plugging Budweiser lastnight to announce his retirement ;)

6:05 PM
@Walt Oh, I want to see that, too. J.C. Chandor's first two films really impressed me both, especially All Is Lost, but Margin Call was pretty good, too.

@NapoleonWilson Oh, Margin Call is by the same guy? Saw that too

@steelerfan Indeed. He's simply not used to losing, it seems.

@NapoleonWilson Margin Call was a bit too business-speaky for me to fully enjoy, but yeah, good acting and atmosphere

@Walt I doubt that.
@Walt Hmm, in fact that was pretty much the total opposite to me.

I mean the Panthers have every right to be mad at themselves because they were the winningest team this year and then simply didn't show up in the biggest game of the year, but the way Cam acted after it was all over was simply childish.
@Walt Actually it would be an hour long for gameplay, plus 30 minutes for halftime.

6:07 PM
@NapoleonWilson You... hated the acting and atmosphere but liked the business-speak?

I know absolute zero about no economics/business/finance, but that film achieved to be so totally exciting while simultaneously not really understanding what exactly was going on. I think the film managed this excellently.

@NapoleonWilson I love the way he plays because he's tough and he will take hits and he will actually put blocks on people. But, he has become very arrogant the last part of the season. I'm extremely loyal, so I stuck with them to the end, but he kinda needed a loss like that.

@Walt No, I liked all of it, and it was the lack of being too "businessy" (or being "businessy" while still transporting that to the average joe) that made it so compelling.

@MattD Yeah, he acted like Brady. The Panthers did have a somewhat easy schedule this year, though :)

@NapoleonWilson Careful, you're starting to sound like me :O

6:10 PM
@Walt I don't see why/how (or what that even means/is supposed to say).

Last night's game just proved why I refused to trade the Bronco's D/ST to my brother-in-law during fantasy this season. Even though I had the Seahawks D/ST as well, the Broncos came through virtually every time I needed them.

@MattD Please, it could be resolved much faster

@MattD Yeah, I have to say that the 2015 Broncos need to go down as one of the great defenses. 1985 bears, 2000 Ravens, 2002 Buccaneers......and of course......THE STEEL CURTAIN!!!! :))

@NapoleonWilson "Businessy". I know I slaughter the King's English, but no one else should, the poor thing

@Walt Fixed.

6:15 PM
@NapoleonWilson I actually missed the first 15 minutes and saw them a couple of days later. So the I missed out on the dog thing and it was a bit out of context

Overall I think this year's Super Bowl was pretty underwhelming considering how much hype the NFL built for it being its 50th anniversary.

If I remember correctly Wolfgang Schmitt did an excellent analysis of the film elaborating how it achieved to transport the whole financial issues that tended to hit my impressions of the film, too.
If he again achieves to make a film about practically nothing so exciting like All Is Lost and Margin Call, then I'm really looking forward to A Most Violent Year.

@NapoleonWilson Was it supposed to be the financial crisis' patient zero or something?
@NapoleonWilson I wouldn't say it's about nothing

@MattD I completely agree!! It was Superbowl 50 for God's sake!! Everything about it was underwhelming!

@Walt Yeah, but the actual background was simply irrelevant and left in the dark, it was the handling right here and right now and how it influenced the characters what mattered.

6:20 PM
@NapoleonWilson I meant Violent Year, mainly
It's about business again, though

@Walt I think the movie was supposed to be set at the beginning of the whole mess, so yeah, I think that was supposed to be a precognition of what's to come.

Just from a slightly different abgle

@Walt Ah, granted.

Didn't see All is Lost yet

@steelerfan: Well, I've seen the Superbowl... just glad I didn't stay up for it. Christ.

6:23 PM
I heard the dialogue is subpar :P

@steelerfan: Disappointing to say the least!

@AndrewMartin Aren't you a Brit? That's football treason!

@Walt: Sorry, but I'd take NFL over Premier League. Used to love Premier League, then it all changed!

@AndrewMartin Yeah, not a great game. Pretty disappointing :(
@AndrewMartin Nice! Does your girlfriend like NFL?

@steelerfan: She does not. Wouldn't be near it.

6:26 PM
@Walt Wrong attitude.

@AndrewMartin Sorry to hear. Is it... related to FIFA corruption or something? My sport creds are pretty feeble

@AndrewMartin awwww, that's too bad. Well, as long as she lets you watch it :)

@steelerfan: She promised to watched the Broncos Seahawks a few years ago, and ended up trying to distract me, attempting to seduce me, offering to get takeaway and eventually turning the TV off. So... sometimes she lets me watch it :)

@Walt It contains relatively many "fuck"s. So if you have a problem with vulgarities that might be too much for you. ;-)

@NapoleonWilson Oh. That was actually a little joke becuase I thought there was no dialogue. Whoops

6:28 PM
@Walt: No no no. Just got too much. If you get into Premier League, or something like that, it's multiple times a week, every week, for nine months. It's a lot of time. NFL is shorter, I find more fun because it's more unpredictable and it's just "bigger". I prefer it now.

@Walt I know it was a joke, since I know you know there's hardly any dialogue in it. And so was my message (as shown by the ";-)" at the end).

@AndrewMartin Haha! That's hilarious! We girls can easily distract you boys! She sounds like fun, anyways :)

@NapoleonWilson That's the thing, I didn't know. I only vaguely heard of it
@AndrewMartin The Yanks are taking over everything. Jodorowsky was right

@Walt Doesn't change the nature of your joke, which I perfectly understood.

@Walt: They are. What's new there ;)

6:31 PM
@Walt Yeah, but @AndrewMartin is a......a........God, I can't even say it........a cough PATRIOTS SUPPORTER!!!

It's simply a more exciting and versatile sport. You see clear progress and interesting tactics. Not just 20 guys running around until something happens every 30 minutes.

@steelerfan Ew

Hehehe :)

@steelerfan Oh, I thought you meant athletic supporter. You mean he's just their fan... Ew.
:P

@Walt HAHA!! LOL!!!

6:34 PM
@Walt :)

Why do people keep writing Hannibal Lector, BTW?

@Walt: Because they're heathens who deserve to be eaten.

Haha! Agreed!

@AndrewMartin I kid! I know about American football as much as the "real" kind

@Walt Feel free to correct it.

6:40 PM
@NapoleonWilson Too late. Fixed (by someone who must love Friends)

@Walt I don't understand that.

@NapoleonWilson What did you do on your day off? You had the day off today, didn't you?

@steelerfan I did. And I did pretty much what I do on most of my days off (and on my workdays, too, a cynical person might be inclined to say), nothing at all.
@Walt Oh, I see. In fact I noticed that name earlier and got the reference immediately. But I didn't look at the user name. In fact that user has apparently renamend himself just recently.

@NapoleonWilson Yeah, I remember that Marvin avatar under a different name...

6:45 PM
@NapoleonWilson Well, it's your day off! You do nothing on your work days? How can you say that? ;)

@steelerfan I'm supposed to be working right now and look what I'm doing.

@steelerfan Meh. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But work aside, trying to supress the horror of tomorrow, I'm currently working on a film haiku just for you. Or I am for the whole weekend and don't seem to get anything through for being distracted too much. :'(
Neither did I get around to watching Heat and John Wick as I planned to do. A very unproductive weekend it was. But well, at least I was swimming.

@Walt I'm constantly in here screwing around while I am at work. Especially overnight shifts!

@NapoleonWilson What? You're working on a haiku for a whole weekend?
@steelerfan So that's why I'm waiting for so long! Look to your left, that's me with a broken nose from a round of alley football

@NapoleonWilson You're working on a film haiku just for me? Wow! I am honored!! How frigging cool! What is distracting you?
@Walt Haha! ROFL!!

6:54 PM
@steelerfan All kinds of stuff. Chatting, watching TV, watching football, gaming, SEing.
@steelerfan Well, I had to start again with film haikus anyway. But I picked one that you liked much (that I also liked it very much helped with the decision, though).

@NapoleonWilson OMG! You boys and your games! What horrors do you have tomorrow?

I know little to nothing about haikus.
Will wait to see your new one

@NapoleonWilson Is it done yet? I can't wait to see!

@steelerfan Work, the usual stuff, trying to achieve something while failing due to a motivation of zero.

@AnkitSharma Short poems where people cheat and leave out the rhymes

6:57 PM
Napoleon writes the BEST haikus!

@steelerfan No, it's not. But the deadline is tonight (at least since the deadline failed to be met the previous two nights).

[...Not really meaning that. I love them too :)]

hmmmm
Made me more curious to see his new one

@NapoleonWilson OMG! Do you know how sad that it makes me that you hate your job so much? :(

@steelerfan Aww, thank you. I don't think that but I appreciate the compliment.

6:59 PM
@steelerfan Everyone hate there job

@NapoleonWilson How can you think that? I frigging LOVE your haikus!!
@AnkitSharma I LOVE my job :)

This remind me of a funny video about a massage, who hate to massage sexy bikini girls

@steelerfan Don't let it worry you too much. On the bright side it leads to a certain lack of worrying too much about the future. If I happen to lose it (which I highly doubt, though), it'll have the advantage of forcing me to look for something more satisfying. And while it would be a little bit unfortunate to hang around 5 years without doing a friggin' PhD, it's not as if I personally needed that PhD at all, and I fail at it, it doesn't really hurt me that much.
The advantage is simply that there's nothing that binds me in any way carreer-wise.

@steelerfan Oh, don't get me wrong. I definitely believe that you like them very much. It's just that I'm not always too satisfied with 'em and they could always be better.
@steelerfan And that is very good to hear. Makes me happy for you. ;-)

7:03 PM
Here's a toughie!!!

The small fawn panics
When a single shot rings out.
The forest is still.

@AnkitSharma Yeah, I'll admit it's tricky

I didn't even get it :D

It's actually an extremely loose interpretation of Pootie Tang.

@NapoleonWilson What, so you can just get a job anywhere? I'm fortunate that my job is always in High demand :)
@NapoleonWilson I like pretty much anything that you do, silly :)

7:07 PM
@steelerfan Um, not necessarily. I don't really know how the job situation would be for me. What I meant is that nothing really holds me here. If I simply decide to leave this place, I could technically go anywhere.

@Walt It sounds like my back yard ;)

@steelerfan :O :(

@steelerfan Aww, ditto.

@Walt I don't even know what that film is, googling made me scared
@steelerfan lol

@AnkitSharma I'll change it to something you might know
The small fawn panics
When an annoying girl leaps.
Her skin is sparkly.

7:10 PM
Ohhh lord not again

(...Or did she eat a mountain lion? Whatevs)

Q: Identifying actress

randomxz Can somebody recognize this probably Cantonese actress?

@NapoleonWilson I'm fortunate that I can get a job anywhere. I honestly couldn't make the wage that I do now anywhere else. Hmmmm, checking Portland craigslist ;)
@Walt Still sounds like my back yard ;)

@AnkitSharma No need, I simply rewatched Bambi a few days ago

@steelerfan Well, I guess I could find a job anywhere, too. I'm not really doing anything that regionally specialized. I'm simply not sure if there are free capacities everywhere or if I'd really find something I'd be satisfied with entirely. But meh. I'll think about that another time.

7:13 PM
@steelerfan There are sparkly girls there? Get to a hospital!
...Wait, what am I saying

I need to watch Bambi someday.

Need sustenance. Enjoy haikuing

Why is @AnkitSharma's pic a sexy version of one of the Hobbits from The Lord of the Rings?

@Walt Haha! I don't know about sparkly, but I am annoying ;)

@DrRDizzle It's likely more related to his recent interest in a specific TV-show.

7:15 PM
@steelerfan What, not i want to see your backyard

@NapoleonWilson What show is that?

@steelerfan You're not. And I'm pretty sure you do sparkle.

@DrRDizzle Lost
Charlie Pace is a fictional character on ABC's Lost, a television series chronicling the lives of plane crash survivors on a mysterious tropical island. Played by Dominic Monaghan, Charlie was a regular character in the first three seasons, and continued to make occasional appearances until the final season. Charlie is introduced as one of the main characters in the pilot episode. Flashbacks from the series show that prior to the plane crash, Charlie was a member of a rock band named Drive Shaft. Initially, Charlie battles with an addiction to heroin. He ultimately achieves sobriety, while ...

@AnkitSharma I had no idea he was in Lost.

@DrRDizzle I thought you were joking. The one where Dominic Monahan plays one of the islanders stranded in purgatory or whatever mystical place.

7:17 PM
@AnkitSharma My back yard borders many animal trails. I have a herd of elk that comes through my yard and tramples my yard every frigging year!

@NapoleonWilson I never joke.

@DrRDizzle Have you seen Lost?

@AnkitSharma Nope.

@steelerfan Ok, will surely sneak into it when i will come to Vegas ;)

@NapoleonWilson awwww, only when you're around, babe :)
@AnkitSharma COOL!!
@AnkitSharma Does he still do that show about wild animals and stuff? That was a really good show. The guy has no fear!

7:20 PM
@steelerfan Wow, how larger is that backyard actually? Sounds like quite a property.

@DrRDizzle He is not the main main cast but important member and i liked his story and didn't thought about that pic in a sexy way but only clear one to fit profile.
@steelerfan What?

@AnkitSharma You don't have to justify having a sexy man picture to me. I accept you for who you are.

@DrRDizzle LOL
Anyways its not going to stay long.
I have habit to change it on regular basis.

@AnkitSharma I think I've changed mine twice, ever. From shield to me, and then from me to Anti-Dan.

@DrRDizzle I lost count, this year its my third or second

7:23 PM
@NapoleonWilson Let's see, I have 2 pieces of property. One is 4 acres and one is around 3.5. They both border eachother, but for some reason they are separated. I only know because I have to pay my property taxes separately. My yard isn't that many acres, the rest of my property is forest and trails.

@AnkitSharma Jesus man, it's February.

@DrRDizzle Yeah, i know its slow :p

@AnkitSharma He hosted some show on Animal planet I believe. It was really good. My husband loved that show. The guy would go to all of these locations in search of rare and dangerous animals/insects. He was fearless!!

@steelerfan I am not into wild show or any discovery show.

@DrRDizzle Haha!
@AnkitSharma Yeah, I am not either, but his show was actually very good.

7:27 PM
@DrRDizzle I haven't watched LotR/Hobbit, so that option disqualify
I don't remember him from any film/show either
He was in X-men origin :O
Too forgettable film

@AnkitSharma I think that's the one I've seen the least. Just once.

@AnkitSharma It was called Wild Things with Dominic Monaghan it aired on BBC.

@DrRDizzle It was better skipped
@steelerfan ok

@AnkitSharma The same is true of most of the X-Men films in fairness.

@DrRDizzle No, X-men 1 and First class were good
Days of future past was ok
Rest i don't care much

7:34 PM
@AnkitSharma X-Men is just OK-ish, as is X-Men: The Last Stand and X-Men: Days of Future Past. The only good ones are X-Men: First Class, X2 and The Wolverine.

Not the Wolverine
@DrRDizzle What ......grrrrrr
I am the only one then who is happy with removal of Jackman from X-men films

Oh, Lord........

@AnkitSharma Well he's almost always the best part about them, so... yes.

@DrRDizzle Overused to me
@steelerfan You like him :/

@AnkitSharma Only in the same way that Batman is overused as a character. In fact, Batman has been in more films as a main character than Wolverine has.

7:38 PM
@AnkitSharma No, I was commenting on you and Dizzle getting into a superhero argument ;)

@steelerfan What do you mean, this never happens.

@DrRDizzle Grrrrrr.......no we have not seen him enough ;)

@DrRDizzle Seriously? I thought you NEVER joked! ;)

@steelerfan I am 100% serious, 100% of the time.

@DrRDizzle OK, my mistake then :)
@DrRDizzle Since you are here and Mango is traveling the world, how far is Leicester from London? Is Leicester a small area?

7:42 PM
@steelerfan It's about 100 miles.
I don't know how big it is.

@DrRDizzle Oh, COOL! That's not too far at all!

> Absolute honesty isn't always the most diplomatic nor the safest form of communication with emotional beings.

@steelerfan Americans, man. 100 miles is, like, so far.

@DrRDizzle What? That's like less than a round trip for me to go to work!

@steelerfan That's crazy though!

7:47 PM
@NapoleonWilson Oh, no! I don't know what this is from! Please don't think any less of me :'(

I went out for a minute and you guys ditched my topic :(

@DrRDizzle You wanna know what I think is crazy? You guys don't drive! Mango told me that he doesn't know how to drive!! I couldn't believe it!! It's like unheard of for someone in their 20's not knowing how to drive! I live really far out, though. So, you need to add about 20 miles each way just to drive into the middle of nowhere ;)

@steelerfan I can drive, but I don't own a car.

@steelerfan It's from one of the best characters from Interstellar. It fitted very well since you were talking about actual honesty percentages. And of course I don't think less of you for not knowing it, it's not necessarily from the huge cross-section of films we both adore, I think.

@DrRDizzle I just couldn't believe that when he told me that! I actually saw an interview with Kate Beckinsale and she said that she didn't learn how to drive until she was 30 something because she grew up in London. Weird.

7:52 PM
@steelerfan Oh yeah, no one drives in London. There are too many cars on the road.

@NapoleonWilson Honesty percentages? Well, I watched the movie twice at Richard's request, actually. I liked it, but still needed explaining to on some parts ;)

@steelerfan I can't and i am 26.5

@NapoleonWilson Interstellar was so close to being a great film, but it's hard to complain too much when it is still so good.

@AnkitSharma Oh, that's right!! I was going to teach you to drive in Vegas!! Haha!

@NapoleonWilson Quote of the day :)
@steelerfan Yeah, i remember
It will be confusing due to left and right side

7:58 PM
I couldn't imagine not driving. It's just a must where I live!

I sold my boat a few weeks ago, though! No more boating!
