@Seth However it seems debated, someone here claims having solved it in OSX: hackintoshosx.com/topic/… Probably the truth is in the middle, poor VirtualBox support and a hard to please OSX

@kos: Why would it be a hardware issue if right now I can type in caps, but if I open a system text box (such as the search in the Activities Overview) it won't allow the caps lock key?

I've got a Raspberry Pi connected to an 8-channel solid-state relay.
The Raspberry Pi is running a program I wrote in Go that controls the relay.
The program also serves a simple web page (the one you see above) to other devices on the network.
