the gist of it: bounties are real reputation. Whatever rep. you set in a bounty is deducted from your account and is non refundable. 75 reputation is required to unlock setting bounties. 50 rep is the minimum bounty.

kos bounty will expire before I'm back from vacation. Chilli narrowed the problem down, but I can only solve it back home. I'll probably get back after the bounty expires.....If I get the system. Chilli will still get half for his troubles.
