@NormalHuman Thanks. I see... Erica is a moderator there, and some problem users address her personally. In ways that are (politely put) not appropriate for Stack Exchange.
But I think I found the issue: the original revision of post probably had non-formatted PHP code, which contained HTML fragments, which caused the false report.
Ideally, there should be another flag for rules, allowing them to be applied to answers only. Some rules work well for answers, and not for questions: email in body is the prime example.
