I was also (possibly) thinking about giving him a Sabre or something similar (The Sword of Darkness), but I think that would be a highly situational thing
@Ben, I was trying to make a joke, because Billy was actually a character that started a ranger, became increasingly irrelevant, then stopped being a ranger, almost became a relevant ranger again then they completely gave up on him.
@WorldEngineer, if I am not mistaken they only ever got their main weapons and a couple of legendary weapons in the first one. They didn't even have alternate forms.
I am not sure, but I think either Zeo or Turbo started with this tradition of introducing power creep to the mixture.
@BESW suddenly the raptor apocalypse session is going to get a little less arbitrary and a little more specific: the velociraptors came about as the result of catastrophic space-time experiments. (This is also why the raptor dimension can be reached from another dimension at all.)
(at least that is until the players decide it's because of something else because of a brainstorm)
(but it also opens up the doors for strange physics dinosaurs)
@Althis I was not sure whether to have them be that intelligent. The original plan was basically to have a zombie apocalypse, except with raptors. Something terrible happens and raptors begin appearing or appearing all of a sudden.
Now that's also looking like the could raptors also be inherently unstable and reminiscent of Slaads. (Should velociraptors be able to split into timeiraptors and distanciraptors..?)
Atomic Robo has a Vampire Dimension that gets visited a couple of times. It's an kind of apocalyptic world in which some kind of civilisation once existed but has since collapsed, and everyone there is a vampiric monster thing.
@trogdor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have a large crystal- and stone-powered tectonic engine. dwarf technology foreshadowing. makes the volcano erupt as well.
@BESW @trogdor Solar activity, and EM interference, have been making a lot of things happen underground that are forcing the dwarves upwards, and they have longstanding frustrations and history with humans that are making them approach the whole "move upwards" thing differently to how they might otherwise.
I suspect BESW I meant that the monk package doesn't come with clothes because as a monk, you don't own any, the monastery does and supplies them to you, they're not your possessions.
Afterwards, you obtain your own clothes and those come from your background or buying them yourself.
But yes if classes are meant to give you clothing and the monk class doesn't, that is strange and this is just me making excuses for it.

There was a lot of controversy originally when Saban got it pulled with copyright claims, but eventually they came to an agreement. Saban leaves it alone so long as they have that disclaimer (unauthorized, etc.).

And they're all too tired because of how hot it is to do any serious fighting - not even the Decepticons do much. They mainly just engage in shouting matches from their respective barbecues in the park if they happen to be there on the same day.
The decepticons and autobots would've become simply different small cities (with raiding parties) within the desert.
They harbor humans because they can do things the transformers can't do, and if your 'food' is a rare and expensive resource, better to conserve your energy and let other people share in the work.
(in the decepticon camp they're more exploited as slaves)
@Pixie The image of some large truck-people and car-people sitting around in a pond and drinking cold beers to cool off, while having radiators and batteries to worry about (maybe) is amusing to me.
Bumblebee tells a terrible joke. Optimus splashes water on him. It hits his battery. He sparks and fizzles and everyone else swears and freaks out for a moment before Bumblebee regathers his senses. Bumblebee responds to Optimus with a profanity-laden sentence and gets comfortable again and takes another sip. Everyone laughs and returns to their beers & petrol.

@BESW I'm not that of-fey with fate terminology but isn't once per session a little bit arbitrary. Assuming session is a play session, wouldn't per scene be better or that be too overpowered?
It burns anyone but its rightful wielder (and thus anyone else must wear an oven mitt if using it), and in the hands of its rightful wielder the Frying Pan of Doom can turn enemies into cooked eggs.
(One giant, messy poached egg per enemy you bonk on the head with it.)
It was supposed to be a Sword of Doom, with other more sword-related powers.
But the magician tripped over his pet pig (he's allergic to cats) just as he was casting the spell, and his wife came in with her best frying pan.
After that, well, you can't just make pancakes in the Frying Pan of Doom, so they went to the King of the Enchanted Forest for help finding the Pan's rightful wielder.
