@5pike It's not really about that, as much as it is people holding on to marriage as a strictly religious institution (when it very clearly is more than just that you're a county clerk not a priest you idiot)
Also, it'd be nice if we just disassociated "marriage" (of the religious kind) from "forming a family unit" (of the legal kind), so people throwing a temper tantrum about the former can just keep it.
It's just silly to me that people are saying their religion 'owns' marriage when 1) marriage predates reliable recorded history and 2) it's present in many different cultures (or an analog)
@badp Well, it's a simple dream, of consenting adults being able to form family units however they want, and those family units (under any name) having the same rights and responsibilities as any other.
Which... seems like they probably want to rethink their argument if the crux is "but marrying another guy is too much fun, why would I want to marry a girl" ;)
As a non-American I wonder if US teenagers actually speak this way, or is the dialogue a contrived approximation of teenage-speak?

@KevinvanderVelden yup. So true. I play around with my settings and angle a lot while I'm shooting so I always have variety and also I can see if weird stuff looks cool so I know for next time
@fredley Yeah. I played around with my fathers old sony alpha and a 50mm minolta lens during my vacation last year. I think that the photos are OK, but they are still RAW and I don't really have the time for post processing. Should have used the cameras processing (although I think that it's crap).
I am trying to build a Wimpy in minecraft, and it uses a rail system to deliver food. I have two sides of the restaurant, but one rail switching between the two sides. A redstone torch doesnt work, so I need to activate the lever with another lever from the kitchen
@fredley then I'd think it'd create a different result. As in: 50 times layer 1, 50 times layer 2, 50 times layer 3 then 50 times layer 1, 50 times layer 2, 50 times layer 3 is different from 100 times 1, 100 times 2, 100 times 3
