what does あってます?mean?

2:46 PM
"That is correct.", "That matches (something)" and even "Someone is seeing another.", "Someone has met another". All depends on the context. There is
会う and 合う and boh are read あう.

@l'électeur Thanks

Dang, I didn't notice the question mark after あってます.

If someone said that she works 6 days a week and I said "kinben desu ne". Does my praise make sense in this context?

yes
sounds kinda stiff but ok. kinben is a fairly big word to be used in informal speech.

And she responded it with 勤勉とは難しい言葉ですね。

lol

by the way, I am approaching a japanese girl right now.... Hihihi...

cool

3:16 PM
i said ほんまにめっちゃべっぴんやねん。
she said いやいやそんなことはないですよ。

Naturally. We don't say "Thanks" in that kinda context.
She a Kansaijin?

Yes.
Which part of my sentence says thanks?

I meant to say that when someone tells you you are pretty, you don't say Thanks in Japanese. You wold say "Nah, I am not." like she did.

@l'électeur I see.
