Hello, Worldbuilding.SE

A: How can I make names that are racially similar, yet diverse?

You might try a writers' forum or SE. I recall finding an online tool for generating names, and there may exist variations of the tool for ethnicity or made-up themes.

^ Should answers like these be refined to include direct solutions instead of hinting for possible presence of relevant software?

@James you're welcome. IMO "how do I design my languages with (constraints)" is on-topic, and "what should I name my characters" is off-topic both here and on Writers. The OP presumably was not aware of the prior WB question; if he thinks it's not a dupe he can of course edit to clarify the difference and that'll kick it into the reopen queue.
