I'm confuse about the two spelling. In which context do I have to use Canceling? And Cancelling? Google returns 15.6 millions results with Canceling and 18 millions with Cancelling, so I don't know what is the good spelling. Why the two are possible, and is there other words of the same style?

My main bread-maker problem is that the loaves are often misshapen. It's annoying. The loaf is nice and round after the first kneading + rising, but when the machine kneads again it often all goes to one side and the loaf is really oddly shaped. Still tastes fine though.
