I wonder whether the statistics given by Grace Note indicates that we are most active in giving support to our users and discussing how to improve a site (in which case it is a good thing) or that we are the most problematic site with lot of disputes and drama (which is not something to be very happy about).

I'd say it is a mix of these two reasons. (And perhaps some other reasons. Simply the size of the site implies that there will be many request for support, posts asking why a question was closed etc.)

At the beginning of the new calendar year I would like to thank the moderators for the work they do for this community.

I would like to thank the mods who has left recently for the years of service. And also thank the new mods for stepping up and taking the moderator duties on themselves.

Even though this is probably not very realistic, I'd like to wish you a lot of fun on this site.

Mike Miller, in addition to network lead, also led the hat competition on this site from start to finish. Collected 35 hats, which is all of them except Treasure Hunter, Kofia, and Hairboat. (The latter two were unattainable for him on this site.)
