**What I would do as a moderator:**

I'm first committed to the content. Crappy posts will be quickly closed or deleted if they are not fixed by their author. Off-topic questions will be quickly closed as well, but quickly reopened if they are brought into site scope.

After that I'm committed to new user retention. That means I endeavor to be kind and warm to all who post and help those that have continued trouble.

I am then committed to site policy. I have written a good deal of meta posts that have been well received and am actually quite interested in the meta process. I will passionat…

10 minutes till we can start playing with our vote buttons. I say playing because I'm not sure who I'll be voting for! With half a dozen solid chaps and only three votes and one slot up for grabs I'll be reading questionaires carefully. It will be a hard choice to settle on and I won't be disapointed if the voting puts in one of the other three.

@Caleb Yeah, a couple days ago I decided who my first, second, and third votes were gonna be for. I checked in just now, and with the addition of Flimzy and fredsbend, I suddenly had harder choices. This may very well be the first time I change an election vote.
