That seems like an oversight/bug.

@Sterno I read something about rifts past the first tier having time limits, and you have to finish it within the time limit or else you fail the rift and don't get the reward, plus have to start the climb again.

@JeannePindar Steam lets you choose what drive/folder to install to now. I think most games give you the option too, even when they don't use Steam.

There might still be some that don't, but they're stupid.

I got a Scepter of the Mad Monarch yesterday and figured that AOE poison proc on it for 1300% weapon damage would be awesome, but it triggers after exactly 10 kills. In groups, YOU need to get the kill for it to trigger, which sucks there. And solo, it seemed half the time it would trigger when I killed the last mob in a group

I do not like weapon procs that don't affect the target you're beating on.
