- time frame
- basic plot/setting info
- type of series. movie? series? short? oneshot?
- description of at least one recurring character
- bonus: unique character or plot point

It might be good to look into policies on other sites. I know that Movies and Scifi both allow these sorts of questions.

The Third Hokage wanted to retire so he (eventually) chose Minato as his successor and 4th Hokage. However, not too long after that, Minato died, and the Third came out of retirement. So, why didn't the Third choose another successor and go back into retirement?
