I dont like that people are downvoting other candidates in the moderator nominations, i know the votes don't count for who will be picked but it still seems edgy to me

@RhysW I think with voting the only thing that really matters is user's consistency, but that's impossible to control so we have no choice but let it be. Some will upvote only one, even when there's more positions available. Some will upvote a few, and some will downvote the rest. But in elections, only votes for count, there's no downvotes anyway, so ... life is good :))

@RhysW - Whereabouts in the world are you from, if it's not too personal? I just wanna get a general sense of what time zone you're from, so I know if "good morning" applies at least as much as with @ManishEarth (which it doesn't LOL)

@TildalWave I won't be putting my name in; I've been recently swamped with lots of extra stuff at work since we had a part time person leave and all her work got pushed onto my desk. Wouldn't be fair to the site, not as much time to dedicate to the site as I'd like

@RhysW I was auto-appointed the owner for the h Bar (then known as The Coupling). I later got a diamond and DZ removed me because mod powers supersede owner powers. Then the room just re-added me (see chat.stackexchange.com/transcript/message/7624941#7624941) :P
