The Victorian State Government (AUS) have developed an open and free suite of services, applications and API's hosted through GITHUB repo's called farmBuild. It is designed to facilitate the Victorian Agricultural industry via developers. It's made up of a farm mapping application, soil area service, soils and parcel wfs layers, nutrient balance calculator, soil import tool.Feel free to download. Or use the online examples.
