Hey there! We're in the process of discontinuing our communities' blogoverflow instances. So we're trying to assess which communities want to have their existing content migrated to a 3rd-party tool, and how we can help. We can offer a data dump, and maybe more, depending on what would be needed (subject to assessment, and why we're reaching out). So I'm reaching out to you to know if you'd like to have that content migrated, and how else we could be of assistance.
Not sure who manages your community's blog, if anyone at all at this point. @PolyGeo, @Mapperz, @Midavalo, @Aaron, @iant, @underdark, @Fezter, @whuber maybe?

@JNat I probably have done the most posts (not for a long while but even that is limited (3 or 4 posts) the question will be where do we migrate it to and how? If more GIS SE members were willing to add content, I would favour the migration of gis.blogoverflow.com

@JNat Static pages are fine, but there was interest with the blog at the start (September 2011) but this diminished quickly, so not to concerned.

My enthusiasm for Stack blogs is low so I would be happy for ours to be simply archived as an historical record.
