Does anyone know how I could get something like this (this is from an ArcGIS viz, published to the web) with GeoServer/SLD: bit.ly/1h62D09 or even GMT or GRASS or GDAL (hard to find good tutorials around). The dataset is lat, lon and price, more expensive should show a redder color.
