How to make python script(external) for r.terrraflow command in GRASS GIS
suggest any related code
I tried in follwing links'

Your question is currently very broad, so it is not clear what specifically your problem is or what you want to accomplish. Asking people to go look at two scripts for you is not likely to get a great deal of interest or attention.
