Q: What should the schedule to our blog be?

Al Ummat مجاهدShould the schedule be a post gets published once a week? where people can read weekly, or should it be once every two weeks? where a post can have more time to be read until the next, and hopefully wouldn't be too hard on the contributors. Thanks for inviting me to this room. Do we have a review process in place before publishing contributed posts?

@HosamAly as far as I understand,, the software that Se is using for the blog (wordpress) has a reviewing system, meaning we can review each others posts and edit them for better spelling and grammar and so on

@AlUmmatمجاهد Yes it does. I am "Blog Overlord" over at Programmers.SE so I could help get this started if needed.

The way the Christianity blog works is, I think, unique to that site. It's a good format (four different writers writing from different perspectives about the same subject), but it's not the only format. It's a format you might try for a month or two, and then try something else. (C.SE have changed it occasionally too: they did "personal testimony" for two months.) — TRiG 4 mins ago

As an example, see the series on Church and State: one introductory post, then four from different writers from different backgrounds. That's the standard format. On the other hand, sudden news like the resignation of a Pope went up as its own post, not part of a series. And the recent post on Easter went up without an intro. — TRiG 1 min ago
As a by-the-way, I have thoughts on the format, and on the topics.

A: What topics should we run on the Eschewmenical blog?

TRiGSuggestions: A collaboration with Mi Yodeya on different approaches to the same text. If/When Islam goes live, another similar post. The Bible as story. Religion: Community, belief, and tribalism. Male and Female: but some don't fit in those boxes. These are all subjects I might be interested...

A: Does the blog need to be revamped?

TRiGA different subject every month, with four different perspectives on that subject is a good format, but it's not the only format. Change it up a bit. You're already doing that with the two months of personal stories. Then go back to the standard format for a while, then try another experiment. (P...

Of course, Christians and Jews really do share a lot of the same texts, so the possible collaboration with Mi Yodeya shows potential. Islam seems not to pay much attention to the Bible, so perhaps that collaboration would be less likely to be productive.
