Not sure I get the point of it. CADO already has a fire-and-forget script, though the discrete logarithm component is still somewhat unpolished.

I'm sure this is a long shot, has anyone implemented/encountered an implementation of this differential trail search algorithm? I was thinking of implementing it but I realized it might be somewhat challenging to verify my implementation

@SamuelNeves ok, you got me there. I only had 2.0.0 and it still had a DLP script as to-be-done with a high-level manual of "how-to". 2.2.0 apparently has added a relevant script that only requires minimal work-arounds (like adapting the base). Would you mind giving an appropriate answer to the question?
